flood flood flood (ooohhh weeeee oooohhhhhh weeeee)

so the river jumped its banks today and the valley is flooded so I talked with my manager to work at home in the afternoons.

She agreed (huzzah) so I'll be at home and not sitting in the traffic for 2.5 hours coming home (a whole 15 miles).

Still raining here....is supposed to continue to rain for the rest of the week. I think I am drowning in all the rain but at least it is good for the area.
