Where do the flames of when they dance? Do they feel the movement? Or is it instinctual?
Add to this a group of people around the fire. Add in some drums and a rhythm starts, reflecting the movement of the flames.
The bodies around the fire begin to move with the drumbeat; mimicking the movement of the flames. Bodies sway to and fro, then begin leaping and gyrating.
The drumbeat begins to pick up, and in response the dancers become more frenzied. They move faster and faster until at some unheard silent signal the drums stop and the dancers fall to the ground.
Breasts heave and sweat starts to dry on the dancers. One by one they roll onto their backs and surround the flames once again.
