It was supposed to stop today; I'm flying blind because none of the loop features on my weather sites are operating, and Cliff Maas was indecisive on Friday.
The grass is so high in the unmowed parts of the yard, and so very wet, that trying to get out to the further corners feels like diving in a kelp bed.
Julia, and yet, it is so very normal for Memorial Day Weekend...
Yeah -- the yard is varying between 12 inches and 4 foot tall in some areas.... and it's impossible to get into it to mow until it is a bit drier. We're still looking to get out roof replaced and the covered area got so soaked that the ceiling in the kitchen began to leak again... sigh.
