Work has been a particular bitch -- let me state that I like to work. I enjoy being busy when I am at work. However, I truly dislike people that cannot read email and follow directions. "Hello people, you work for a major company, have a degree in something or another, can you not follow bullet point instructions for installing software, which BTW, has an install wizard?!?!?! Hello?!?! Anyone awake there?"

Sorry -- had to rant for a moment. I can understand it when my customer is from another country, English is the second language, and they are only communicating to me through email because we are in completely different time zones. Hey, somedays I think English in MY second language (EWG). But when I can talk with them on the phone and it turns out that the dummy test account password, which I sent them in email so that they could cut and paste it into the box was being mis-input because they were typing it in by hand, and this is the phone call as I am leaving for the day after having been there for 10 hours and having exchanged several emails back and forth about why the system might not have been working.....BELARGH!

Okay, I feel much better now....
