Weekend update

nephirGot everything except for two trees transplanted into the ground. Found out ouir soil is the most lovely mix of glacier melt. For those who have not lived in areas where this is common it means its rocky! Very very rocky -- so rocky in fact I bent the pick while digging the first hole.
Answers our questions however about renting a roto-tiller to level areas out (nope -- unless we want to pay for a broken blade) and whether or not we could trench for running electricity to the garage (once again no -- I don't have a free three weeks to pick it out -- we're talking 200 yeards of rocky soil). Sigh. So we'll eventually have to hire a trencher to dig so the line can be run (no poles to just string line from, all powerlines are buried in my area).
Didn't get to sewing -- my hands can't hold the rollercutter to cut anything out because of the earlier pick work -- gotta love it.
Didn't get the bedrrom or bathroom cleaned either -- oh well, I can live with it for another week...
