Work has been keeping me so logged down that I seem to be having trouble thinking.
Last weekend was the spousal unit's birthday as well as the natal day of Middle Spawn's boytoy.
This week between the weather flipflops and all the sinus pain that entails my body decides that its had just enough, thank you, and wants to shut down for a week or so. Just to catch up on rest, etc.
Caught a brief bit of "Father of the Pride" -- looks like it might be fun to track. Missed Hawaii somehow though. And Big Brother was preempting CSI damnit!
I'm trying not to focus too much on politics at the moment, otherwise a *postal worker* moment may be in my future. Sigh.
I've got the next three days off and I'd like to get the following done:
Plant the trees that are in buckets, so that they don't die this winter. got two done so far!
Clean up my bedroom and bathroom.
Read for pleasure
Finish The Village drabble that's running through my brain.

spend time with the family

See Hero. The youngest spawn went with her evil twin to see it earlier this week -- and both assured me that I'll love it. Course, I'd been reading Gundam Wing smut and everytime she mentioned the movie my mind went to Hiro Yui. Bad brain, no biscuits.
Oh well, the brain in a fit of something has decided to stop providing me with text, hence the rambling.
