I took the afternoon off yesterday so that I could get a massage. I normally get one every couple of weeks to keep my hands and arms painfree enough to continue working, but I had the chance yesterday to have a longer one.

It hurt so very very good -- my massage therapist is not a gentle soothing massuer, but rather someone who does myofacial tissue release....

Went home and went to bed, slept for 11 hours.

I must have really needed it.
