Post New Orleans
25 Aug 2006 07:58I think all of the excitement and everything else has finally caught up with me and now I'm sick....not even good hide in bed sick, more like feeling a little puny, no energy, I almost-think-I-could-go-into-work sick. I'm not planning on it however -- my grand plan is to stay home (after one quick trip into the office to grab my truck which I left there Wednesday) and rest as much as possible.
We've been working our way through the Blue Collar TV -- we finished up disk 2 of season one last night. Two of the episodes were filmed in New Orleans at the House of Blues with some exterior skits. Watching those made me very nostalgic for the city, even if it was obvious that the show had been taped prior to Katrina hitting.
Only real question that both
hannibalbronwen and I had was "How the heck did they manage to shoot going down Bourbon Steet and miss all the porn shows?"
