Dribble drabble.... I loves me some comment drabbles

None of these are over FRT (pg-13). Enjoy!

Kane RPS, Chris/Steve, Scent of his skin...

Chris loved to press his nose into Steve's neck and breathe deeply of the smell of musk and sweat and the fading hints of sandlewood that surrounded Steve. It didn't matter if it was after a jam session under the lights of a bar stage or early in the morning after sleeping snuggled deep in the arms of his best friend and lover, Steve smelled like home.

Torchwood, Jack/Ianto, something sweet....

He stuck a piece of ginger chocolate into his mouth to slowly melt and went in search of his Captain.

Jack reminded Ianto of a little boy at times, demanding sweets and treats with glee. And if he was to be honest with himself, he liked to spoil him when he was like this, his impish grin broad and bringing a sparkle to his eyes.

The chocolate was all gone by the time he found Jack, but his mouth was spicy and sweet, and Jack plundered it with glee.

True Blood, Godric/Sookie, tasting love

Just moments ago she was sure that she was going to be raped and now she was face to face with Godric. He had the face of an innocent, a bloodstained angel come to save her from these crazed humans.

His eyes compelled her to step closer until she would have felt his breath if he'd had one.
He reached up and stroked along her cheek pulling her closer until he could steal a small gentle kiss from her lips. A slight touch of cool skin and he was across the cellar from where she was standing.

'It has been so long since I have tasted love from a human, I'd forgotten how sweet it could be.'

BtVS, Anya/Xander, flutters

Xander wasn't sure if the flutters he got every time that Anya mentioned the wedding were flutters of anticipation or of dread.

His own parents weren't exactly a good role model for a happy marriage, and Willow's were a close runner up.

But still, he tried to believe that they were flutters of anticipation and happiness... she was his love and light and he'd do anything to make sure that she remained happy.

Leverage, Eliot, He's trained to be silent, even when injured

It started when he was a child. It wasn't that his pa was a bad man, he was hard and stoic just like the rest of his generation were. These men were taught to subdue their voices when hurt, not to cry out, be labeled a sissy or cry baby.

Eliot was raised to believe that men didn't cry, that when hurt they swallowed the sounds of pain, to not give voice to it. He still followed that early teaching, that imprint from his pa and limited his pain to grunts and silent exhalations of breath when the fists pounded into his flesh.

Leverage, Eliot, everybody needs a hobby

(It sorta turned into a team thing -- sorry)

Everyone on the team had hobbies, things to keep them sane between cons when there wasn't planning to be done.

Parker liked to sort buttons, coins, beads, any little things that could be made into separate piles. It allowed her frenetic mind a chance to calm down and become as still as it ever got. IT was something she started doing as a child and continued to do it as she got older.

Hardison liked to paint. The team had teased him about the painting he'd done of the 'founder' of Leverage, but that didn't bother him. He liked to play with different paints, and to experiment when he had some down time. His favorite so far was watercolors.

Sophie knitted. Everyone on the team and found socks and scarves tucked into their bags on trips, but no one actually ever saw her with needles or yarn.

Nate drank. Or at least he used to as a hobby, but then it changed to a lifestyle, and then it became a risk so he quit. So instead he bought a building with a bar in it and a penthouse above it and moved in. He still spent his time hanging out in the bar, but now he drank coffee and tested his limits as a hobby. Everyday he managed to stay sober was a win in his book.

Eliot loved to cook, and the entire team knew it. What they didn't know was that he baked hundreds of decadent cookies to send to troops overseas as a hobby. He'd spent enough time traveling around the world to appreciate a good homemade treat and his were more than good.
