If you are offended that I make fun of your particular beliefs feel free to defriend me and don't let the internet door hit where you sit.

I believe in social change and equality.  I believe that the vast majority of people who pay lip service to Sarah Palin and the Tea Party are knuckle dragging neanderthals that shouldn't be allowed to breed without an IQ test.

I believe that there are true Christians out there, but they are few and far inbetween and that if Jesus were to appear today he would be thrown into jail for being a terrorist.

I believe that denying someone the right to love another person, regardless of their gender is a crime against humanity.

I believe that denying someone the right to worship as they choose is another crime against humanity.

I believe that if we do not make changes to our society and our world that we are doomed as a species and we deserve it for being stupid idiots who cannot learn.

I'm really hoping that the in-fighting between the Tea Party and the regular Republicans means that the Dems will keep office a bit longer. 2 years isn't enough time to clean up the mess that percolated for 8 years under Bush.

Did someone complain about you believing *all* Americans should be able to enjoy the freedoms granted in the Constitution, and not just the privileged majority?

No, but I have to say I recently reconnected with a part of my distant family on Facebook (evol it's pure concentrated evol) who unfortunately are pretty right wing and scary.
I posted this over there under my name to see if I can make any of them use their brains and actually think rather than just regurgitate the party line. So many of them actually believe that Sarah Palin is just misunderstood and that the Demoncrats just pick on her unfairly.
