nephirWork is driving me a bit buggy! And from the tension in my neck and shoulders, it's become obvious where I am carrying all my stress.
Went to see my massage therapist yesterday and after an hour of working on the neck and shoulders, he was able to finally get some movement. I adore Ted -- I've been seeing him now for 6+ years on a bi-weekly basis when I had the cash. He specializes in the deep tissue miofacial (sic?) massage, so every visit is an experience, but I don't think I'd still be working if it wasn't for him and his magic hands (and elbows!)
My boss decided that since we've been so swamped with work over the past several weeks (months is more like it) that we could take a day off tomorrow as a moral day. Let the celebrations begin!
Watched Bones for the first time last night as Criminal Minds was a repeat I'd seen twice already. Bones was nice and I have to say that I like DB as a snarky rude bastard, but since it competes weekly with NCIS and Mark Harmon holds my heart hostage, I'll probably not see it much.
I made drunk chicken for Valentines day. Hmmmmmmm....tasty. We had garlic mashed potatoes and a green salad with it.
I had leftovers tonight. Hmmmmm....leftovers.
